11 DAYS GYAMA TREK (Central Tibet)

Day 01 :	Fly To Gongar.Transfer to Lhasa,Check in to Hotel.
Day 02 :	AM: Guided tour of Potala,the Winter Palace of Dalai Lama. PM: Guided tour of Jokhang  Temple and Barkhor Market.
Day 03 :	AM: Guided tour of Drepung, biggest Monastic University of Tibet. PM: Guided tour of  Norbulinka, the Summer Palace & Sera Gompa.
Day 04 :	Drive to Gyama, enroute visit Ganden Monastery Over Night Camp.
Day 05 :	Arrange the Yaks and trek to Thocha Over Night Camp.
Day 06 :	Trek over the Tsepla Pass. Over Night Camp.
Day 07 :	Trek to Yarmalung, the (Retreat Centre) Over Night Camp.
Day 08 :	Trek to Samye and Visit the Monastery Over Night at Guest House.
Day 09 :	Drive to Tsedang via Mindroling Monastery Over Night at Tsedang.
Day 10 :	Explore the Yarlung Valley,Yumbulakhang the first Castle built for Tibetan King and  Trandruk Temple.
Day 11 :	After Breakfast transfer to Airport to connect flight to Chengdu/Kathmandu

15 day itinerary:
Day	01	Transfer to Kathmandu Airport for flight to Lhasa.  Transferred to the Hotel.
Day	02 and 03	Sightseeing  in Lhasa (Potala palace, Sera Monastery, Jokhang temple and Bakhor street, Drepung Monastery)
Day	04	Drive to Shigatse (approximately 4-5 hours) following the Lhasa River. Visit the Tashilumpo Monastery. Overnight at Hotel
Day	05	Drive to Kharta, where your trekking crews will set the first camp. The magnificent views of Lhotse, Cho Oyu and Everest  from the camp.
Day	06	Trekking (4-5 hr) towards the mountain ranges.One see the magnificent views of Makalu and Everest,  overnight camp
Day	07	Trek to Tangmoche-4350m (4-5 hr)
Day	08	Trek to Sagar- approximately 4800m  (4-5 hr)
Day	09	Trek to Pola Valley- 4500m via Doya Ri- 5300m (7-8 hr)
Day	10	Trek for about 3 hour and drive to Everest base camp-5150m, overnight  at camp.
Day	11	Excursion to the Rongbuk glacier for the magnificent view of Mt. Everest, return to EBC for overnight .
Day	12	Drive about 150 km to the Cho Oyu base camp, overnight camp at Driver's camp-4900m
Day	13	Excursion to Cho Oyu base camp  (approx. 5 hr)
Day	14	Trekking back to Driver Camp and drive to Zhangmu, overnight at hotel.
Day	15	Clearing the Chinese customs, walk down to the Friendship bridge , where you re-enter to Nepal and after completing the immigration formalities drive to Kathmandu (4-5 hr), transfer to the hotel.

20 DAYS EVERST BASE CAMP TREK (Kangshung Valley)

The trek from Kharta to Khangsung, the eastern face of Mt. Everest, is one of the most gorgeous in the world. It takes 6 days for a round trip. The entire region from Kharta to the Kama Valley. extending to Arun valley in Nepal, is part of bless land of Guru Rinpoche known as "Belyul Khebalung" or the hidden valley. The region has holy lakes, mountain and the sacred "Kharta Thechu" the long-life water spring.
